  For our marquee wedding we wanted great food that wasn’t fussy. When we met with Ted we were promised quality tasty food but what we got was bland food, poor presentation and a hefty price tag.
  There were many problems with Wildside caterers, few of which I’ve outlined below.
  In the lead up to the wedding the company were very difficult to deal with. Only a couple of months before the wedding we learned of an extra cost in the thousands for hiring an entire kitchen which Ted had failed to mention to us before we paid our deposit for his service. We had to work extremely hard to reduce this cost ourselves by sourcing catering items from various different places with little to no help from our catering company.
  Reports from the staff/waitresses at the venue who had to work alongside this catering company were very poor. Ted and his team left to go to the pub in the middle of the wedding. The kitchen was left in a very poor state, our wedding cake (cheese wheels)was hacked up and left on the tables at the wedding and the remainder was left on the kitchen table next to a fridge to rot overnight .
  We are a very relaxed couple and would forgive a lot if the food was good but the truth is the food was mediocre which was incredibly disappointing.
